Tabulation: Effingham County - Effingham County Elections Office

Thank you for being an observer with the ACLU of Georgia! This is the placement form for Tabulation in Effingham County. All poll observers are required to be trained prior to placement. After signing up, you will receive a confirmation email with placement details. Please note that Tabulation shifts are unpredictable, as they start after the polls close, but they go on until the process is completed, which can go on throughout the night.
