Show Up for Leon County Public Schools

Join Families for Strong Public Schools-Leon at Leon County School Board meetings to stay informed, connect with neighbors, and advocate for students, families, and educators. School board decisions shape classroom resources, student services, policies, and opportunities for families to be heard. When community members attend, we can follow those decisions and help keep students at the center of the conversation. Whether this is your first meeting or you’ve attended many, your presence matters. Come to listen, learn about issues affecting Leon County Schools, meet other public education advocates, and share what you learn with your community. You do not need to speak during the meeting to make a difference. Regular meetings are scheduled for the second and fourth Tuesdays at 6:00 p.m. at the Aquilina C. Howell Instructional Services Center, 3955 W. Pensacola Street. Check the Leon County School Board meeting page for the date, agenda, and any location changes before attending. https://www.leonschools.net/school-board-home Let’s show up together for strong, accountable public schools in Leon County.
