Wednesday Walks for Equality: Winn Decker & Lisa Graftstein (Wake)

Join Equality North Carolina, the nation’s oldest statewide LGBTQ+ rights organization, for Wednesday Walks for Equality as we hit the doors across House District 37 and Senate District 13 in support of pro-equality candidates Winn Decker and Lisa Graftstein! Whether you’ve knocked doors a hundred times or this is your very first canvass, we’ll provide training before each shift and head out together in groups. Bring a friend, bring your family, or come meet other folks who want to get involved! Where: The exact meeting location will be shared by email before the canvass. We’ll be knocking doors in the South Charlotte and Matthews area. What to bring: Water Sunscreen A charged phone Layered clothing Comfortable shoes Wednesday Walks for Equality will take place every Wednesday evening in October from 3:30 PM–7:30 PM. You can join us for the full shift or come for an hour or two. No canvassing experience is required, and we’ll make sure you have what you need before heading out.
