URGENT - Chalk on the Sidewalk to reach student voters!

Want to see a new generation turn out the vote in big numbers? Then let’s help young students make that happen. Voter registration will soon close! We urgently need to post critical dates and voter information in just one hour at eight public locations near Phoenix Community College. We’re meeting at the same starting point to receive our scripted assignment and supplies. So please be there by 9am. It’s go time! We’ll email attendees the exact 9am meetup location on Friday. It’s not the general intersection listed here. (FYI, when this same event recurs on October 24 it will address different critical information for young registered voters.) Desert Democracy stands firmly in alignment with Indivisible’s commitment to non-violence as a foundational principle of civic engagement and community organizing. We believe that meaningful change is built through peaceful action, respectful dialogue, and collective resilience.
