PA: Springdale Data Center Public Meeting

A massive hyperscale data center slated for Springdale, PA, has been approved at the local level. But it still has to meet Allegheny County’s land development standards — and the developer's current application will not meet the requirements for the county’s subdivision and land development ordinance, or SALDO.
