Knock on Doors with the Mitchell County Dems!

Join Mitchell County Democrats for a neighborhood lit drop and voter outreach shift. We’ll meet at MCDP Headquarters in Bakersville, get our routes and materials together, and then head out around Mitchell County. Most stops will be simple: leave information from our candidates, remind neighbors that an election is coming up, and move on to the next house. If someone wants to talk, that’s great but you don't need to give a speech, debate anyone, or have an answer for every question. We’ll partner up and go over the routes and materials. Bring a charged phone, water, and comfortable shoes. The plan is to be out for two hours, but teams are welcome to stay out longer if they’d like. If talking to strangers at the door isn’t your strong suit, that’s okay. This is just a straightforward way to help get election information into people’s hands.
