Dauphin County Democratic Committee: Fall Voter Mobilization & Training Series This three-part virtual training series equips district leaders, committee persons, and volunteers with the necessary tools, state-level updates, and operational strategies to register and mobilize voters across Dauphin County. Will also have a hybrid in person option meeting at culture and commerce co working at 19 ½ N 4th st Harrisburg, PA Program Overview & Strategy Turnout Starts with Registration: Research indicates that for young voters (ages 18–24), the primary barrier to voting is navigating registration rather than lack of interest. County-Wide Action Goal: District leaders will collaborate to coordinate at least four targeted voter registration drives across Dauphin County prior to the election. Format: Three 60-minute virtual evening sessions featuring live operational training, state policy updates, actionable toolkits, and quick recaps of prior takeaways.
