About this event
Please come join us as we protest our Galt school board!!! Why? Because of allegations, bringing in their own personal political agendas and bias to their job with no hesitation, talking during meetings about how it would be good to have ICE in our elementary and middle schools, singling out LGBTQ+ youth and threatening or removing their rights, yelling and shaming healthy and GOOD teachers for wanting the time and resources to best teach their students or for not wanting to work 3 different school sites and asking for a fair amount of teachers and hours, lining their own pockets just to intentionally neglect the educational and social needs of the youth or needs of the teachers, proudly posting podcasts where they brag about the injustices and personal biases they bring into their jobs - as well as how they utilize it and their position to groom youth to their political agendas, fearmongering students/ families/ teachers/ and locals alike with misinformation about lgbtq+ culture/groups/programs/etc, actively boasting on the job that they can get away with acting illegally because they believe and want the current president (2025-) to run a third term - and think it justifies their current actions to continuously take away the rights and safety nets for people whose political ideals they don’t agree with. But mostly, at the end of the day, it’s for the kids. It’s not okay to target children for your political agendas or to target them for grooming to your personal political agendas and beliefs. So come join us as we protest and spread awareness of the inappropriate, unprofessional, unethical, and repulsive egotistical actions, votes, fear-mongering, and on the job discussions of Lois Yount, Annette Kunze, Matt Ward, and Katherine Harper. Galt can do better, and Ga
