Gather & Grow Beyond the Ballot: What Comes Next

The election is over. Our organizing continues. This fall, public school workers across Alamance County showed up for our schools, our coworkers, and our communities. Now it’s time to take what we learned and grow our collective power. Join ABAE for our November Meeting as we reflect on our election work, celebrate what we accomplished together, and build our next steps as a public school workers union. Together, we’ll: - Reflect on what we learned through our organizing and election work - Reconnect with fellow public school workers and members - Grow our union power by identifying opportunities to bring more workers into action - Act on the issues affecting our schools, our coworkers, and our students - Build our asks for Alamance County Commissioners and plan how we’ll organize to win them This isn't the end of our work. Election Day was one part of a much bigger movement for strong public schools and the workers who make them possible. We organize. We grow. We act. We win. 📅 November 17th 📍 North Graham Elementary ⏰ 6pm- 7:30pm Come ready to reflect, connect with other public school workers, and help decide what ABAE does next. Our power is in our collective action.
