Poll Greeter - on Call

## _This sign up is for volunteers who can be "on call" to fill in when a scheduled Poll Greeter cancels._ You can sign up for specific days that you might be able to help if you are called. If you are very flexible on when you could fill in, you could sign up for all the days of Early Voting. _You're not committed to working_ by signing up, but would receive a text or call from the Headquarters Team to see if you were available for a specific shift at one of the 14 polling locations. **Please read all the information below before signing up.** - Consider signing up for at least 3 days. - You must pick up your greeter supplies from headquarters so you'll have some on hand if you get called and can work a shift. - All poll greeters must do the training this year, whether you've greeted before or this is the first time. - After you sign up you will receive a confirmation email from Forsyth County Dems via Mobilize. It will include information about Greeter Bag Pickup and a link to training video. Please read it carefully. You will also be sent important information via email; we need to be sure that you receive and read them. If you don't find your confirmation email, check your spam folder. Still not found? Check your notification settings in Mobilize, and contact info@fcdpnc.org. - MOBILIZE NOTIFICATION SETTINGS Be sure that your notification settings in Mobilize are set to receive emails and texts. You can find your settings in the Menu at the top right of this page; scroll down to Account and notification settings; For events you sign up for – all should be turned on (blue). - If you need to check your schedule, go to Mobilize, click Menu, then My schedule. You can cancel your registration there if you need to.
