A Victory Leader is ready to bump it up a notch! You are willing to take on a larger area, commit more time, and help build the campaign's overall field operation. Commitment: Approximately 500 to 3,000 doors. Your area may extend beyond your immediate neighborhood. You will coordinate your work with the Regional Director assigned to your area. Victory Captains aren't expected to do all those doors alone. You're stepping into a larger leadership role by helping organize and support the people around you. Victory Captains will be willing to: - Help organize and run weekly canvasses with their Regional Director. - Recruit friends, family, and additional volunteers to help cover their turf. - Work directly with their Regional Director to plan and coordinate canvassing. - Help motivate and support other volunteers. - Assist with phone banks and help support phone-banking operations. - Take on additional responsibilities as the campaign moves toward victory. Your Support Team Gets Bigger As a Victory Leader, you gain more support and more connection to the campaign's field operation. You will work alongside your Regional Director, the campaign's field team, and other Victory Captains to make sure the larger areas are being covered. You aren't just responsible for your own doors. You're helping make sure the team gets the doors covered. You only need to attend one of the trainings listed below at whichever date works best for you!
