Arctoberfest 2026-Volunteer

# Help Make Arctoberfest Happen! 🎃🍂 Arctoberfest is going to be an incredible evening of food, fun, community, and celebration — but we can’t do it without **YOU!** It takes a lot of hands (and a lot of heart!) to make an event like Arctoberfest come together. Whether you can give us a couple of hours before the event, join us for part of the evening, or help us wrap things up at the end of the night, **we’d love to have you on the Arctoberfest team!** No special skills required — just bring yourself, a willingness to help, and your best Arctoberfest spirit. 🍁 ## 🎃 Setup Crew | 1:00–3:00 PM Help us turn the space into **Arctoberfest!** We’ll need extra hands setting up tables and chairs, decorating, organizing event areas, getting food and beverage stations ready, and taking care of all those finishing touches before our guests arrive. Come early, crank up the music, and help us get the party started! ## 🍂 Event Volunteers | 4:00–8:00 PM Want to be right in the middle of the fun? Join us during Arctoberfest! We’ll have several ways to help throughout the evening, including: * **Welcome Crew** – Greet guests and help everyone feel at home from the moment they arrive. * **Seating Helpers** – Help guests find their way and keep things running smoothly. * **Food & Hospitality Crew** – Help with food service, keeping things stocked, and making sure our guests are well taken care of. * **Wherever-We-Need-You Crew!** – Events always have a few surprises. Be one of our flexible volunteers who can jump in wherever an extra set of hands is needed. And yes — **you’ll still get to enjoy Arctoberfest while you’re helping!** ## 🧹 Cleanup Crew | 7:30–8:30 PM Every great party eventually has to come to an end — and many hands make cleanup MUCH easier! Help us pack up decorations, clear tables, straighten the space, gather supplies, and leave everything looking great. Give us one last hour and help us finish Arctoberfest strong. ## ❤️ We Really Cannot Do This Without You! Arctoberfe
