Road to Black November Canvassing Shifts

Join Faith & Works for a Road to Black November community canvass! We must do everything we possibly can to increase Black voter participation in Jefferson County—and we need all hands on deck. Volunteers will go door to door to help residents check their voter status, register or update their information, learn important election dates, and make a plan to vote. No canvassing experience is required. Faith & Works will provide training, instructions, voter-engagement materials and support from our team. Volunteers will work in teams and receive their assigned neighborhood before beginning the shift. Please wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes, bring water and arrive with a fully charged smartphone. We will provide additional meeting and check-in instructions after you register. Choose the shift that works best for you, invite a friend and join us on the Road to Black November! This is a strictly nonpartisan initiative. We do not support or oppose candidates or political parties and will not tell residents who to vote for. Learn more at RoadToBlackNovember.com.
