Volunteer at the Polls on Election Day

Help us cover every polling location on Election Day! Volunteers are needed to help pass out the Official Democratic Slate outside the polls on November 3rd. Passing out the blue slate at the polls on Election Day is the single most impactful thing you can do to help elect Democrats up and down the ballot. Our judges do not have partisan affiliation on the ballot, and passing the blue slate helps ensure that Democrats know who to vote for. The polls are open from 6:30 am - 7:30 pm. Are you able to cover a polling location all day? If you can, sign up for all 4 shifts. Only able to help a part of the day? Sign up for the shift(s) that work best for you. After you sign up, you will be contacted by a volunteer or staffer from HCDP to schedule you for a specific polling location. The outreach will not be immediate. Please include your phone number when you RSVP so we can call you. We ask that you be as flexible as possible with the location so we can cover as many of our polls as possible. Note: If you are a precinct executive, you do not need to sign up here. Instead, reach out to your Ward or District Chair, or if you don't have their contact information, email HCDP's Executive Director Zophia Pittman at zophia@hamiltoncountydems.org.
