Weekend of Action: Knock Doors in Washington County

## Join us every Saturday as we knock doors and talk with voters across Washington County! Whether this is your first time canvassing or you've knocked hundreds of doors, there's a place for you. **First time volunteering?** No worries. Each canvass shift starts with a training with an organizer who will be there to help you out. We'll send you out with a buddy so you can knock on doors together. **Are you a pro canvasser?** GREAT! Join us at our office to pick up some lit and a packet, and we'll get you out on the doors! Candidates and neighborhoods may vary from week to week as we organize throughout Washington County. Watch your email for updates about each Saturday's canvass. ### What you'll need **Before you knock on doors with us, you'll need a few things:** - **A fully charged smartphone.** You'll need it to download MiniVAN Touch, the Democratic Party's canvassing app. [Download for iPhone](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/minivan-touch/id352087547) or [download for Android](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.voteractivationnetwork.minivan&hl=en_US≷=US). - **A full water bottle!** We'll have water, but it's always best to come prepared. - **Weather-appropriate clothes and good walking shoes!** We'll be outside and on our feet, so dress for the day's conditions. ### Who are you bringing along?
