ICE Out of the Jersey Shore

This a local Indivisible event! Join local grassroots organization Jersey Shore Blue to express your support for our immigrant community. Masked groups are patrolling our streets. They don't reveal their identities, carry out searches without legal warrants, and unlawfully take individuals from their homes and vehicles. They react with violence towards bystanders and have shot and killed without any accountability. We say "NO MORE"!! Bring signs to express your feelings about ICE in our community. We are rallying on all four corners at the intersection of Main Street and 16th Ave in Belmar. There is parking on 16th Ave. just west of the railroad tracks (about a 5 min walk to the rally site) *A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.*
