POSTCARDS FOR DEMOCRACY! Indivisible National has encouraged grassroots chapters in states with strong Democratic leadership to "adopt" candidates in competitive races where our efforts can make a real difference. As part of Chesapeake Indivisible's 2026 election strategy, we'll write postcards to support key senate candidates (like James Talarico in Texas, Troy Jackson in Maine, and Abdul El Sayed in Michigan). Join us for an evening of community, great conversation, and action as we write postcards to democratic-leaning voters who have not voted in a while. It's an easy, enjoyable way to make an impact while connecting with others who are committed to protecting our democracy.
