This is a Talarico volunteer-led-meet-up for “hotspotting” to connect with prospective voters, check their voter registration status, create excitement for James Talarico. We are showing up to talk to voters, spark meaningful conversations, and make sure every eligible Texan is registered and ready to make their voice heard. ### What is hotspotting? Hotspotting is the process of reaching voters where they are—in everyday life, events, and where communities naturally gather. Volunteers connect with prospective voters, check their voter registration status, create excitement for James Talarico, and develop a continued line of communication with the voters. At this event, we will: - Connect with prospective voters and create excitement for Talarico - Engage directly with voters in high-density, high-foot-traffic areas across the community - Check voters’ status on the spot - Register eligible voters when we have a VDR at the event.
