About this event
Help support North Carolina voters by joining our Voter Assistance Hotline Team training. Hotline volunteers help answer voter questions and support voters as they navigate all aspects of registration and accessing their ballot. This role is a great fit for volunteers who are , strong communicators and comfortable navigating technology. This is Part 1 of a two-part series. You must complete both to join the team. Hotline 101 will cover hotline information and processes. Hotline 102 will cover the tech tools we use (Slack, Telzio and LBJ) and take place on September 17th from 6:00pm–8:00pm EDT.
