Honk 'n Wave

his a local Indivisible event! We meet on the WEstSide Highway 5-6 PM every Wednesday, with signs to ask drivers to honk if they love democracy, and others signs protesting ICE, No War with Iran, Save Gaza, Invoke the 25th Amendment and other creative signs people bring addressing the latest horrors. We stand in the traffic island and also interact with people going to the Hudson River Park. We get lots of thank you's! It is next to the Park and there are facilities there for you in case you need a drink or a toilet. We meet many of the commuters goiing to the Holland Tunnel to New Jersey who love to honk their support! Here is where you'll describe your local event.
