🤝civic engagement
Join Audubon Vermont's Environmental Educator AmeriCorps Member, Emma, in bread making and exploring the change of the seasons. Emma will lead the group in making "bread-on-a-stick" over the fire! Participants will have the option to top their bread off with some Audubon bird-friendly maple syrup. After our homemade snack, Emma will lead kid-friendly activities throughout our bird-friendly maple sugarbush. This event is open to families with young children (approximately 8 and under but older siblings are welcome). This is not a drop-off program, adults must stay with children. **Please register all individuals you are bringing to this event so we can make sure we have enough materials, thank you.** Please consider making a donation at the event to help support community-based programs at the Green Mountain Audubon Center like this one. **Allergen Information:** If you or someone in your party cannot consume gluten, consider bringing your own snack to roast over a fire and eat with maple syrup.
