# North MoCo This One Is For You! ## Research Meeting Training & Live Action **The Equity Alliance** is continuing the work we started in August. In August, we gathered to learn how organizers conduct research meetings—how we ask decision-makers the questions that matter. Tonight, we're doing it again. And we're centering North Montgomery County voices. Here's why that matters: **North Montgomery County Voters are often overlooked or bombarded with information at the last minute.** Policy decisions are made downtown or on the Southside. But North Montgomery County families deserve a seat at the table. Your voices deserve to be heard. Your concerns deserve to shape what we demand from elected officials. Tonight changes that. You're going to ask a decision-maker: What are you doing about childcare affordability? How are you addressing housing? What's your plan for workforce development in our community? And you're going to get answers. Real answers. Because we're organized and we're asking together.
