Association & Building Rep Training Wednesday, September 23, 2026 5:00 - 6:15 p.m. Relationships between administrators and staff are not only essential to a healthy work environment, but can have a direct correlation to improved student results or work production. This session focuses on different roles an association representative can have, including improved communication, building relationships within buildings, and representation interests of the members on various committees and with administrators. Audience: Officers Presenters: Bob Callender, MEA Vice President & Patrick Rorai, Executive Director This training is a part of BFCL Governance Super Week! We are excited to host a variety of trainings to help leaders build a full capacity local. Join other members from across the state as you learn about topics like running a meeting, updating your governance documents, MEA’s membership portal, treasurer training and more!
