Join us as we welcome Prof. Mark Johnson, KU Law Professor, practicing attorney, and area leading expert on First Amendment and voting rights. Johnson has worked with the ACLU on a range of voter-related cases, including the case declaring proof-of-citizenship unconstitutional. Topics will include: What amendments will (and will NOT) be on the ballot November 3rd The processes the amendments took to get there (or not) How voter suppression tactics are evolving, and how we can stop them We will also be supporting the Little Life Food Pantry at South Broadland Church: PLEASE BRING NON-PERISHABLE DONATIONS!
