HW County Fair!

Haywood County Fair — Come Join the Fun! The Haywood County Fair is coming September 24–27, and HCDP will be there! With thousands of our neighbors coming through the fair, this is a great chance to meet voters, introduce folks to our candidates, and make sure Democrats have a strong, welcoming presence all weekend long. And we need a team to make it happen! We’re looking for one Event Captain who can take the lead on coordinating our presence throughout the weekend. You don’t have to do everything yourself, we’ll have volunteers to help, but we need one person who can own the event and help keep everything running smoothly. We also need lots of volunteers! Help us set up on Thursday, take down on Sunday, or grab a shift staffing the booth between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. Thursday through Sunday. Come meet your neighbors, talk about our candidates, hand out some swag, and enjoy the fair while you’re at it. ### Set Up: Thursday at 11am ### Thursday Booth Shifts: 5-7pm & 7-9pm ### Friday Booth Shifts: 10am - 1pm & 5-9pm ### Saturday Booth Shifts: 10am - 1pm, 1-5pm, & 5-9pm ### Clean Up: Saturday at 5pm 🎡 Haywood County Fair 📅 Thursday, September 24 – Sunday, September 27 🙋 Volunteer needs: Booth Captain • Set-Up • Booth Shifts • Take-Down Whether you can lead the weekend or give us just a couple of hours, we need you.
