Labor Canvass for Salem leaders

Join Union members from the Oregon Labor Federation, AFL-CIO, in Salem to canvass for labor champions: Sen. Deb Patterson for SD 10 and Rep. Paul Evans for HD 20; and Virginia Stapleton for SD 11, and Michael Welsh for HD 21. Volunteers will be assigned a candidate slate based on their union affiliation. Volunteers can expect a warm welcome and thorough canvass training -- all experience levels are encouraged to join. After training, we will go out and knock on voters' doors to get out the vote for our Labor-endorsed candidate. After canvassing, volunteers will be welcomed back to debrief and enjoy a free lunch together! Please bring a fully charged cell phone, a water bottle, and comfortable walking shoes.
