### Join Food & Water Action on Zoom for our Eastern Iowa Volunteer Meeting on Monday, September 21st, 6-7 pm! For decades, Iowa's water crisis has grown more severe, spiking cancer rates and costing Iowans our health, our quality of life, and hundreds of millions of dollars in utility bills. While we suffer the effects of poisoned drinking water, Big Ag monopolies are making billions and using their filthy riches to buy off Iowa lawmakers. _But Iowans are waking up and taking back our water!_ We’ll discuss the fights we’ve fought _(and won!)_ for Iowa’s Clean Water, our current Clean Water campaign, and opportunities to get involved with in-person actions in Iowa City and Davenport, as well as actions that can be taken from anywhere! **Beginners and newcomers welcome!**
