Moral Monday Triad in Alamance County: Labor Issues and Voting Rights

Good Trouble Continues The John Lewis Voting Rights People's Movement Assembly is just the beginning. Labor rights for the rest of us are under attack by the US oligarchy Join Indivisible Alamance NC and the Poor People's Campaign Triad Circle as we continue Moral Monday Triad for Alamance County, a series of peaceful public witness events that lift up the values of democracy, justice, and the common good. Inspired by the legacy of Congressman John Lewis and Rev. Dr. William Barber's call for a Moral Revival, we will gather to stand together for voting rights, civic participation, and an economy and democracy that work for everyone. We'll start with a short performance by the Durham Resistance Singers followed by faith and labor speakers. This is a peaceful, family-friendly event open to all who believe our voices matter.
