Jared is the Executive Director and Chief Litigation Counsel of the Arizona Center for Law in the Public Interest, where he engages in impact litigation focused on government accountability, voting rights, and protecting the civil and constitutional rights of Arizonans. He previously served as Legal Director of the American Civil Liberties Union of Arizona where he oversaw the ACLU of Arizona’s litigation docket focusing on criminal legal reform, LGBTQ+ equality, immigrants’ rights, voting rights, and protecting the rights enshrined in the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
