About this event
This training is for hotline and ballot cure volunteers to learn about the technology that both programs utilize. The first 30 minutes will be an overview of DialPad, LBJ, Slack, and Excel sheets. The second 30 minutes will serve as office hours for volunteers to ask questions and receive individual assistance. A limited number of DialPad logins will be available for volunteers to explore DialPad. This training is recommended for all Hotline and Ballot Cure managers and volunteers. The Voter Protection Hotline is LIVE Monday through Saturday, from October 13 to November 3, 2026 from 10AM to 6PM CDT. Ballot Cure is LIVE Monday through Saturday, from October 20 to November 3, 2026 from 10AM to 6PM CDT.
