### Carolina Classic Fair Dates: October 2 - 11, 2026### #### Read all information here before signing up. There have been changes to the fair this year that you need to be aware of. Please do not sign up unless you are confident that you will be able to work the shift(s) you sign up for. #### #### *NOTE: This signup is for volunteers only. Candidates/staff may request time at the booth by contacting Pat Barber (auctioncats@aol.com) with the date and time preferred.* #### ### Our booth is in the Home and Garden Building this year, near Yesterday's Village and 27th Street. THIS IS A NEW LOCATION! We have **entry tickets** for our volunteers this year. Some shifts will have free entry, as specified below, so no ticket will be needed. **Volunteers are responsible for paying for parking**. - Entrance is free before 1pm Monday – Friday.
- Tuesday is Senior Day; anyone 55+ is free; Tuesday shifts are reserved for Seniors Entry tickets will be available for pickup at headquarters during office hours* beginning September 28, for volunteers working Oct. 2 – 7, and the remaining tickets will be available after Friday, Oct. 2 (we get our
vendor passes when we set up the booth). A **parking pass** will be available for volunteers who work on Saturday, October 3 (WFU football game day), and for a number of volunteers working multiple shifts. Parking passes will not be available until
Thursday, September 30 between 1-5:30pm. **Volunteers eligible for a parking pass will be notified to pick up the pass at HQ**. Shifts are 3 1/2 hours. Arrive early to allow time to park and walk to the Home & Garden Building. Look for and read your confirmation email from the FCDP via Mobilize (email.replies@mobilize.us) immediately after signing up. If you don't see it, check your Spam folder.
