Williamsburg, Virginia Labor Day 2026: Workers Over Billionaires

After organizing 5,000 protests across the country on May 1st, May Day Strong is announcing their next set of actions -Labor Day. On September 7th, 2026, at NOON, Williamsburg JCC Indivisible will be gathering with our signs and voices at the Williamsburg James City County Courthouse, located at 5201 Monticello Avenue, Williamsburg to speak out!!! From disenfranchising Black voters and rewriting maps in the South to federal agents raiding and killing our neighbors in the cities they’re occupying to shredding medicaid, SNAP, and social security, the billionaires are accelerating and escalating their agenda. They’re not planning for free and fair elections because they know there’s more of us than there are of them. They’re not waiting for November, so neither can we. We have to get ready now.
