9/24 PxP Voter Mobilization @ Veterans at Breakfast Meeting - El Paso

### Ready to do the work that actually works? In 2024, our face-to-face voter registration model achieved a massive 79% voter turnout among the Texans we registered. We aren't just hoping for change—we have the blueprint to create it. Join us at this **Veterans at Breakfast Meeting** at Lincoln Park! We are showing up to talk to families, spark personal conversations, and build lasting progressive power through relational organizing. At this event, we will: - Engage directly with existing and potential voters - Register eligible voters on the spot - Connect with voters using **Reach**, our relational organizing tool, so we can personally stay in touch with them all the way to Election Day ### Voter Registrar Requirements - **All volunteers are welcome!** There are plenty of vital roles for everyone, _whether you are certified or not_. - **Important Note**: If you want to physically register voters at this event, you **MUST** be a certified Volunteer Deputy Registrar (VDR) in at least **El Paso County**. Bonus if you're certified in surrounding counties. - _Not certified yet?_ Don't worry! You can get certified ahead of time by signing up for our [VDR Training](https://www.mobilize.us/poweredxpeople/event/908495/). ### How to Prepare Before you arrive, please make sure you attend our **[mandatory online volunteer training](https://www.mobilize.us/poweredxpeople/event/908390/)** on Zoom. This training will get you fully up to speed on the flow of our events and teach you exactly how to navigate the Reach App. ### What to Bring To set yourself up for a successful shift, please bring the following items: - Your fully charged smartphone with the Reach app already installed (a battery pack is a plus) - A water bottle to stay hydrated - Comfortable shoes (maybe a hat) - **If you are a VDR**: Please bring your VDR certificate/number for the counties where you have VDR reciprocity _Note: Clipboards, pens, voter registration forms, and all other necessary materials will be pr
