Kalamazoo Family Social & Postcard Party!

Join us for a casual gathering to build community, learn about electing environmental champions this year, and help us write postcards! We will be gathering over snacks and pizza to get to know each other while we learn about the upcoming election and how to make a difference. Building community is a critical part of effective movements - people who know each other care about each other and therefore will work to protect each other! As we gather, there will be food, refreshments, and updates from Michigan LCV staff including invitations to future events. There will also be an opportunity to write postcards to Michigan LCV members in targeted areas where there are important races to remind them to vote. This month we will write postcards to support reelecting the State Supreme Court Justices who just ruled against Line 5 while we watch a film about this critical issue.
