Texas State San Marcos Voter Registration Event

Are you serious about turning the tide in Texas? Are you tired of sitting on the sidelines and ready to make a difference? ## Sign up here to join us in registering eligible TXST students to VOTE! ___ All volunteers are welcome! *HOWEVER*, to *register voters* at this event, you **MUST** be a certified Volunteer Deputy Registrar (**VDR**) in at least **Hays County**. This will help you get up to speed with how we run events and how to use REACH. Then, review our [**REACH Guide**](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1hgXy1A-xYafd4donvC18mGerT05S2yXICe5TLCX2hSE/edit?tab=t.0) as it has helpful information on using REACH in the field. ___ ### Where we'll be: **PARKING:** The [LBJ Student Center Parking Garage](https://maps.app.goo.gl/jr3Hj1x6TXXNzkiZ7) is the best place for visitors to park. Don't forget to **pay downstairs** *before you leave*! **MEETING LOCATION:** **LBJ Quad** outside the [Comal Building](https://maps.app.goo.gl/tVAyFkL5aMFCCGEs9) ___ ### What to bring: Please bring your **fully charged phone** with REACH installed, water, and comfortable shoes. If you are a *Volunteer Deputy Registrar*, please bring your **VDR number** for Hays County (and any nearby counties where you have VDR reciprocity). Clipboards, pens, voter registration forms, and other materials will be provided at the event, but feel free to bring your own just in case.
