Sign up here to join us in registering eligible HCC students to vote! 10:30 am: Arrive on campus 10:30-10:45 am: Set up table/giveaways 10:45 - 11:00 am: Volunteer training review on Reach and final prep for event 11:00 am - 1:00 pm: Register eligible HCC students 1:00 pm - 1:30 pm Volunteer debrief and breakdown of setup To register voters at this event, you MUST be a certified Volunteer Deputy Voter Registrar (VDVR) in at least HARRIS COUNTY (bonus points if you are also certified in Fort Bend county). Make sure your certification is current. How to prepare: STEP 1: If this is your first time registering voters with Powered by People, please sign up with the following link for the quick ZOOM training that is required: https://mobilize.us/s/l14lYf STEP 2: Before your shift, download the Reach app and review the associated REACH User Guide at https://bit.ly/3JmCpca. We will be using this app in tandem with registering voters!! This step is CRUCIAL in helping us reach voters! We will help you get started on this app, but you need to have it downloaded on your phone or iPad before you arrive. The training above will give you all you need to join our campaign on REACH.
