Care Grows Here

Join Memphis For All and the Black Healers Collaborative for "Care Grows Here" every 4th Thursday. For those of us committed to organizing, justice, community, and change, there is always another meeting, another campaign, another crisis, another person who needs us. Care Grows Here is an invitation to put all of that down for two hours and allow somebody to pour back into you. Join us Thursday, August 27, from 5:30–7:30 PM at First Congo for an intentional evening of rest, restoration, and community—featuring sound therapy, gentle movement, art therapy, a low-stimulation rest lounge, refreshments, and good conversation. No agenda to advance. No problem to solve. No need to be “on.” Just a room full of people who understand the weight of the work—and a space designed to help you relax your mind, rest your body, and refresh your spirit.
