### Join the ACLU Santa Cruz County Chapter for our 2026 Awards Event! Our featured speaker is Tracy Rosenberg, Advocacy Director for Oakland Privacy and Executive Director, Media Alliance. Tracy is a leading advocate and activist in the Bay Area regarding mass surveillance and privacy. We'll be awarding Get the Flock Out for their work to get Santa Cruz to cancel its ALPR contract with Flock and its ongoing advocacy to achieve the same result in Capitola and Watsonville; Manny Nevarez for his work on the Santa Cruz County Latino Affairs Commission, Your Allied Rapid Response, Get the Flock Out, and other issues; and Jeffrey Smedberg & Toni Bauer for their lifetime of activism on issues too numerous to list. ### The event is free and lunch will be provided. Event location will be provided upon registration.
