The State of Oregon's Universal Health Plan Governance Board (UHPGB) is developing our state's transition plan to a universal healthcare system. They recently voted to delay the delivery of their plan to the Oregon Legislature until December 2026. Learn more about the Board here: https://www.hcao.org/uhpgb They have set aside time in their monthly meetings to hear from YOU about what you need in a new system. Share your perspective with the Governance Board in the form of Public Comment. TALK TO THE PEOPLE MAKING THE PLAN! You must register in advance to reserve your time for public comments by emailing uhpgb.info@dcbs.oregon.gov. Or, if attending a meeting in person, you may sign-up 15 minutes before the meeting begins. The Board meets on the 3rd Thursday of the month, both remotely and in-person at 350 Winter St. NE, Salem OR 97301.
