About this event
Join KFTC as we table at the 5th Annual Covington Cryptid Block Party! We'll have actions folks can take on a variety of issues - lgbtq+ rights, voting rights, concerns around ALPRs, data centers, and more! We'll even have an election at our booth to vote which issue/Kentucky cryptid you're most concerned about:
- Big Foot -> Concerned about mass surveillance and the prevalence of ALPRs - Lake Herrington Monster -> Fighting data centers and protecting clean air and water
- Mothman -> LGBTQ+ rights
- Green Men from Kelly -> Voting rights
- Pope Lick Monster -> Welcoming immigrant neighbors Volunteer times include set-up and tear down.
