Virtual Community Support Circle for Activists and Allies · Indivisible Turning the Tables

In the face of the current regime’s devastating actions, it is normal that we are all experiencing grief, outrage and overwhelm. As witnesses and advocates, we are likely to be experiencing collective trauma. In response to these recent events, we are offering a dedicated online support space for local community activists. This will be a safe space to process any grief & loss that’s coming up, as well as a space to learn about vicarious trauma and compassion fatigue. Facilitated by Michelle Ward, a trauma-informed therapist, this time together will be one for grounding, mutual support and healthy coping skills building.
