This is an INSIDE OBSERVER schedule for the 2026 Primary for one the 5 early voting polling sites. This schedule is for Angier Elementary in Angier. You must be a Harnett County registered Democrat or Unaffiliated voter. This is a VOLUNTEER position. YOU WILL HAVE TO TAKE ONLINE TRAINING TO BE AN OBSERVER to know what to do and how to use an online reporting software called "LBJ", or Lawyers Bound by Justice. WHEN SIGNING UP, PLEASE USE YOUR VOTER REGISTRATION NAME! Also know we have to provide a 24-hour notice to the Board of Elections so you cannot sign up for the 'day of' observing! You must sign up 2 days before!
