Apalachee Audubon: Spring Canyon Birdwalk, Gadsden County

Spring Canyon Conservation Easement which is located at the end of Church Pond Road in Gadsden County. Coordinates for the road are 30.565955, -84.842620. The road begins at a clearcut off of Potter Road. Drive to the end of the road to the parking area. Google or Apple Maps should get you to Church Pond Road. Spring Canyon consists of 100 acres of privately owned property that is under a conservation easement with Tall Timbers. The property has old growth longleaf pine and wiregrass savannas and steephead ravines.
