NYC Votes' National Voter Registration Day (NVRD)!

Come join NYC Votes to help get the vote out on Tuesday, September 15th for National Voter Registration Day (NVRD)! You can help mobilize our fellow New Yorkers by registering our community members to vote, update their voter registration, & learn about the crucial upcoming elections! This year we want to make sure that everyone in NYC takes part in the voting process. We all benefit from a more representative democracy and responsive government when more people vote. Volunteering for the first time? No problem! We'll train staff and provide all the necessary materials. Just bring your enthusiasm to get all New Yorkers civically engaged! What to Expect: We will standing in the plaza trying to bring people to our tent where we will be signing people up to register to vote as well as getting as many people as possible to pledge to vote in all upcoming elections. Accessibility: The nearest subway station is NOT accessible. We would recommend utilizing the Access-A-Ride services to get to and from the event.
