Michigan should be a place where every working family, no matter what’s in our pockets, has a comfortable, safe, and affordable place to call home. Instead, corporate developers are rigging the rules to jack up our rents and funnel tax dollars into their pockets while the working families who built Michigan pay the price–we can’t afford homes, evictions are rising, and survivors of sexual and domestic abuse have fewer places to turn for support.
