Stockton ICE ERO - Obey the Law

In the wake of the Patterson shooting and deadly encounters with ICE officers nationwide, it is clear that the leadership of the Stockton ERO and ICE officers at the national level are failing to properly train ICE officers. In the US military, deadly force briefings are issued every time time a change of guard is made. It’s clear that ICE officers too, need a reminder. DHS policy is quite clearly spelled out in DHS Policy Statement 044-05 paragraph H - The use of excessive force is unlawful and will not be tolerated. Those who engage in such misconduct, and those who fail to report such misconduct, will be subject to all applicable administrative and criminal penalties. Stand with us we remind the Stockton ERO of the proper use of deadly force and encourage them to obey the law. We are watching.
