The Department of Justice (DOJ), Office of the Pardon Attorney (PARDON), will be submitting the following information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The final rule responding to those comments was published at Application for Relief from Disabilities Imposed by Federal Laws with Respect to the Acquisition, Receipt, Transfer, Shipment, Transportation, or Possession of Firearms in the Federal Register at 91 FR 54054, August 20, 2026.
