Notice of Possible Quorum 06/30/2026 Page 1 of 1 NOTICE OF A POSSIBLE QUORUM OF THE OVILLA CITY COUNCIL, TYPE B EDC BOARD, PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION, OVILLA MDD, AND BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT Notice is hereby given of a possible quorum of the City Council , Type B EDC Board, Planning and Zoning Commission, Ovilla MDD, and Board of Adjustment of the City of Ovilla, Texas. A quorum may be present at a Comprehensive Plan Town Hall Meeting to be held at Vertical Church located at 3333 Ovilla Road in Ovilla on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 from 6:00 p.m. to approximately 8:00 p.m. This is not a scheduled city council meeting nor meeting of any board and no formal action will be taken by the city council nor any board at the event. CERTIFICATION THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT A COPY OF THE NOTICE of the Tuesday , September 26, 2026 possible quorum was posted on the Ovilla City Hall bulletin board, a place convenient and readily accessible to the general public at all times, and to the City’s website, www.cityofovilla.org.
