Jefferson County Commissioners 1:00 P.M. Department Head Updates 1:00 p.m. - 1:15 p.m. From 1:00-1:15 pm is set aside for Department Heads or Elected Officials to meet with the Board. Regular Meeting Agenda The Commission will take their appointments in the order they are received beginning at 1:15 p.m. Please contact the County Clerk at 785-403-0000 Option 6, to be placed on the agenda. Please bring a copy of any materials that you intend to distribute to the Commissioners for the official record. If needed, Executive Sessions will be held at the close of the meeting. (There may be occasions that require them to be held at other times during the meeting.) Jefferson County Land Bank The Jefferson County Land Bank shall meet at the same time as all regular and special Jefferson County Board of County Commissioner meetings and shall convene upon recess of the Jefferson County Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of conducting ordinary business of the Jefferson County Land Bank.
