Agenda

The Single County Authority (SCA) Advisory Board members are appointed by the Lancaster County 
Board of Commissioners, to provide advice and feedback to the SCA Executive Director and to the 
Commissioners. It is strictly advisory in nature and does not make motions or take votes. The meetings 
are open to the public, and the minutes are posted on the Lancaster County D&A Commission website, 
which is within the County of Lancaster website. The SCA meets six times each year, and the agenda 
includes these topics: 
A. Minutes from the previous meeting 
B. Updates on local and statewide topics and issues 
C. Medicaid HealthChoices update 
D. Budget update, both state and local 
E. Problems or issues occurring in the ﬁeld 
F. Reports or Plans 
G. Oﬃce update 
H. Provider overview or presentation 
I. Topics from the SCA members 
J. Statements or questions from guests
